SOLUTION 1 - Copy the file to the Podcast folder on your Sansa. There are a few different ways to ensure the Sansa player sorts these files separately under the Podcast menu selection. In order for a Sansa to play a podcast it must be in a compatible format i.e. I added into my syncing program a little counter that it prepends to the filename and voila! When I play all files in the podcast directory, they play in that order once again. Podcasts Podcasts can be downloaded from many various websites. I stewed on that for a few days until I realized that the “Play all files” plays them in alphabetical order by filename. Of course you can upload songs, audio books and podcasts onto the Clip+ via USB, but the expandable memory card slot affords several other options for. It does recognize the playlist if I put all these files in the MUSIC directory but then it wouldn’t restart and do the other stuff. Simply insert a preloaded microSD or microSDHC card, and youll be ready to play music, podcasts or audio books in seconds - with no waiting for downloads and no computer required. My syncing script generates a chronological playlist as the last step, but the Sansa Clip+ won’t recognize it. It maintains your place in the file and you can return to the same spot, even after listening to other files or even leaving podcasts and listening to some music. The SanDisk SDMX1 (including SDMX1-1024, 512, and 256reflecting capacity in MB), also known as the SanDisk Digital Audio Player, is a low-end solid state memory MP3 player. The good news is that it has a PODCAST directory built in and files that go in there are treated differently than music files. The Sansa Clip+ was a good news/bad news story for my podcast workflow. Every time I change players, I end up having to tweak my routine a little in syncing, in how I play them and such. The Sansa e280 is compatible with Microsoft’s Playforsure that allows music rental. I settled on the SanDisk Sansa Clip+ 4 GB as the best fit for me. The Sandisk Sansa e280 offers music-savvy consumers an alternative to buying music: renting it For 6 to 10 dollars a month, you can have (real) access to more music than iTunes users could ever dream of buying. This may create a traffic hazard and may be illegal in someĪreas.A few months back my Insignia Sport died and I had to look around for a new low end MP3 player as my podcast device. Do not use Headphones/Earphones while driving, cycling, or operating any
